​The prarthanayogam conducted three half-day retreats this year. The first retreat was conducted that St. Stephen’s Orthodox Church Vijayanagar on 8 April 2016. The retreat was led by Rev. Fr. Mohan Joseph. The second retreat was conducted at St. Gregorios Orthodox Cathedral, St Bangalore on 31 October 2016. The retreat was led by Rev. Fr. Zachariah Ninan (Njaliakuzhy the Dayara). The third retreat was conducted at St. Mary’s Orthodox Valiyapally, Jalahalli on 29 March 2017. The retreat was led by Rev. Fr. Philip Tharakan Thevalakara. All the three retreats were led under the leadership of our beloved President H. G. Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim, Metropolitan.​
